Recently social media is buzz over Daniel Radcliffe screen test for Harry Potter.

I suppose this reminds us that he started off a young, hopeful boy who has now developed into a renowned movie star.
These days there are many ways to gain new skills, or to reach that much wanted promotion.

One of the more common means of achieving this goal is through an apprenticeship scheme.

This is a scheme that benefits both employers and employees alike.

For the employer they are able to fill skills gaps by training to their specific standards and needs, not to mention the government grants available if you take on apprentices between the ages of 16 and 24, most of the training id funded too. There are also many more advantages to employing apprentices. They also find that this scheme leads to a more motivated and satisfied work force.

For the employee you are offered structured training programmes alongside gaining much needed work experience in your chosen field. Earn while you learn has always been inviting, but this method of study also gives you the opportunity to test your chosen field of study and see if it’s the right fit for you.
